Welcome to the Horizon Education Support Center. To your left, you will find an easy to navigate menu of topics that cover everything you will need to know to effectively use the Horizon Education platform. \

**Can't find what you're looking for?** We recommend first trying the search bar on the top right. You can type questions and the response will search our entire support center database to seek out an answer for you. \

If our support center can't assist with your issue, Horizon Education is here to help. \

**Users have two primary ways to reach us:**

**Email:** Contact us at <support@horizoneducation.com>. The Implementation and support team is available to help with technical issues, curriculum questions, and to schedule virtual meetings.&#x20;

**Chat:** Look for the chat icon in the bottom right corner within the Horizon platform. Use live chat to assist with technical issues or to support students using the platform. \
